User's Manual

The propeller is an old variable pitch propeller. It has only two configurations: low and high pitch. Use low pitch for takeoff and high pitch for cruise. You can't go back to low pitch before landing.

Startup

Magnetos: both Starter: 5 seconds max

Takeoff

  1. Flaps: 15°
  2. Full power
  3. Lift tail wheel at 100 km/h
  4. Takeoff at 130 km/h
  5. Climb at 150 km/h
  6. Flaps: 0°

Cruise

  1. Full power until the pitch remains low, to get 2750 rpm minimum
  2. When the pitch is high, the RPM decrease
  3. 2300 rpm, 250 km/h

Landing

  1. Flaps: 40°
  2. Speed: 140 km/h, 150 km/h if wind speed is more than 10 kt
