Hi fellow wiki editors!

To help newly registered users get more familiar with the wiki (and maybe older users too) there is now a {{Welcome to the wiki}} template. Have a look at it and feel free to add it to new users discussion pages (and perhaps your own).

I have tried to keep the template short, but meaningful. /Johan G

The Goal header

I've been thinking about a better name for that header for a couple of weeks now as I do not really like it. I can't explain it well, but the closest I get is that it feels slightly ambiguous and not to the point.

I would like to suggest replacing it with Intended use, as I feel that it is more on the spot, but I guess doing that would be a bot job.

Anyway, for now I will continue to use Goal, for the sake of consistency. ;-)

Style change ideas

I am considering doing some style changes.

  • First of all I would like to get rid of the "Goal" header. See The Goal header above. Also, for the sake of consistency the first section should be like it should be in any regular article.
  • Changing the style of parameter names and parameter content, from parameter and value to parameter and value.

To make this in a meaningful way would mean going through all of the template documentation. The last time I did that (to give them a consistent look) it took about a month...
