If this template seems to serve the exact same purpose as {{delete}}. If it indeed does I would suggest deleting this template.

The reasons why I have nominated this page for deletion are as follows:

1. As Johan G has said above, it serves the same purpose as {{delete}}.
2. It is only in two pages.
