Hi fellow wiki editors!

To help newly registered users get more familiar with the wiki (and maybe older users too) there is now a {{Welcome to the wiki}} template. Have a look at it and feel free to add it to new users discussion pages (and perhaps your own).

I have tried to keep the template short, but meaningful. /Johan G

Added the great {{Forum link}} template
<noinclude>{{Informative template|1=
Links to preload new newsletters: {{User:Skybike/Template:This months newsletter|date=now}}, {{User:Skybike/Template:This months newsletter|date=next month}}, {{User:Skybike/Template:This months newsletter|date=+2 months}},
{{See also|User:Skybike/Template:This months newsletter}}
Due to the [[User:Skybike/Template:This months newsletter|<nowiki>{{This months newsletter}}</nowiki>]] template it is no longer necessary to copy-paste an old newsletter and change old dates. The newsletter header already supports to (pre)load '''this draft page''' automatically (intead of the red link). '''This''' is the correct place for any changes to the newsletter structure and default segments. <br>The following parameters will get be replaced during preload process: * '''$1''' for month number (01,02,...12)
* '''$2''' for Year (like {{#time: Y | now}}).
* '''$3''' for current release ({{current release|cr}}). See based on {{tl|current release|cr}} as source.
Use the [https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Extension:ParserFunctions##time time function] to get more dates, like
*<code><nowiki>{{#time: F Y |$2-$1}}</nowiki></code> for "''{{#time: F Y |{{CURRENTYEAR}}-{{CURRENTMONTH}}}}''"
<br>
*Use <nowiki><noin</nowiki>clude<nowiki>> </noin</nowiki>clude> for notes which to get ignored when preloading this draft into new newsletters(this template description).*Use <nowiki><includ</nowiki>eonl<nowiki>y> <includeo</nowiki>nly> for elements that should to not show up here but in a newsletter. (like Categories)<br>Links to test your changes: {{User:Skybike/Template:This months newsletter|date=now}}, {{User:Skybike/Template:This months newsletter|date=next month}}, {{User:Skybike/Template:This months newsletter|date=+2 months}}, <br>
