Description | (en) Pressed F3 one sec too early else it would show 90, since it did just after the screenshot.
This was a very weird flight. Departing from Alert, with a red glow around me, I discovered a hole around the North Pole where I could see the sun and stars through the earth! The internal MAP went bonkers, crashing FG (as I discovered on-ground at Alert). All dials went all over the place and only the GPS directions kept me on course. MPmap showed me half a screen above the map, Atlas lost characters and had to be restarted several times but also didn't help with navigation. After passing the North Pole I was lost. It took me some time to use the same GPS trick entering ENSB as waypoint. oh, there is nothing at the Nort-Pole, unless it's just as dark as the rest and I have not seen it. |
